Senior Manager, Account Based Marketing (ABM)

The Challenge

Were looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Manager of AccountBased Marketing (ABM) to lead and scale our global ABM efforts. This leader will report to the VP of Global Demand Marketing and will be responsible for owning endtoend ABM strategy, driving measurable impact on pipeline, and partnering closely with sales and crossfunctional teams to prioritize and execute programs. This role is ideal for a datadriven marketer who is passionate about delivering targeted, highimpact experiences to enterprise accounts.

Your Mission

  • Lead the strategic development and execution of a multitiered ABM program across key enterprise segments and verticals
  • Build and scale a repeatable, strategic ABM program roadmap aligned with pipeline goals, sales priorities, and market opportunities
  • Coown demand generation for ABMboth inbound and outboundfor multiple product lines and buying centers
  • Develop an integrated, accountfirst marketing mix to engage buying committees across the customer lifecycle
  • Drive deep buyer insights across target accounts, including pain points, personas, buying groups, and technographics
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional marketing teams (content, digital, product, field) to develop campaigns, content, and events tailored to ABM goals
  • Manage ABM budgets at the offering level with a focus on efficiency metrics like CAC, MQLs, SQOs and pipeline generation
  • Partner with sales leadership to align on account prioritization, sales enablement, and joint campaign execution
  • Use market signals and intent data to drive proactive crossfunctional alignment around messaging, launches, and campaign timing
  • Drive reporting, insights, and performance storytelling using ABM technology platforms such as 6sense and Salesforce

You Are

  • 810+ years of SaaS marketing experience, with at least 5 years in ABM roles
  • Proven success building and scaling ABM programs with measurable pipeline impact
  • Strong proficiency with ABM tech stacks (6sense, Salesforce, custom content platforms)
  • Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and translating complex data into actionable insights
  • Adept at managing crossfunctional initiatives and aligning multiple stakeholders around shared goals
  • Strategic thinker with a handson approach and a bias for action
  • Thrives in a fastpaced, resultsoriented environment and can manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

Salary Range

$139,050 - $208,575 USD

For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washingtonbased candidates, the annual base pay range for this role is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by location, jobrelated skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.
