Senior Financial Controller

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Controller with 7- 10+ years of expertise in financial management, emphasizing advanced proficiency in NetSuite ERP software. This role will oversee all accounting and financial functions for our client's company and its global subsidiaries, ensuring operational excellence and strategic growth. Experience in manufacturing is highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial management, including budgeting, cash flow management, and global accounting for all subsidiaries.
• Oversee regulatory reporting, tax planning, and audit processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Manage banking relationships, invoice factoring, purchase order factoring, letters of credit, and credit insurance.
• Administer payroll, employee benefits, and stock option programs.
• Drive M&A activities, providing financial oversight and integration expertise.
• Utilize NetSuite to streamline accounting processes, optimize financial reporting, and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 7- 10+ years of experience in financial management, with a strong focus on NetSuite ERP implementation and optimization.
• Proven expertise in accounting, budgeting, and global financial operations.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory reporting, tax planning, and audit coordination.
• Experience in M&A, banking relationships, and financial instruments, including factoring, letters of credit, and credit insurance.
• Strong leadership skills to manage payroll, benefits, and stock options.
• Experience in manufacturing is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
