Job Description: Mills Auto Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team at our dealership in Williamsburg, VA. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing effective sales strategies, and fostering a positive team environment. If you have a proven track record in automotive sales management and a passion for exceeding customer expectations, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Train, coach, and mentor sales staff to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to succeed
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote customer loyalty and retention
  • Work closely with the General Manager to develop and execute dealership goals and objectives
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably in a dealership setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Knowledge of automotive finance and insurance products
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
