Shift: Flexible 1st shift 7 am to 5pm

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Strategic Pricing and Revenue Integrity, the Revenue Cycle Analyst is responsible for the development and measurement of revenue cycle trends and opportunities. This position will be exposed to a wide variety of engagements and provided tremendous opportunities to learn and grow. Daily responsibilities will include writing reports using Epic reporting tools, MyDA (enterprise data warehouse), Excel data analysis, PowerPoint reports, etc. Analysis of such reports will be necessary as well. Will be working with clinical and revenue cycle leaders based on reporting requests.


Due to its service focus, this individual should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, analytic and organizational skills, critical -thinking and the ability to meet deadlines.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

A minimum of 1 year of analytical experience is required.


A minimum of 3 years of analytical experience (revenue cycle, financial, data) is preferred.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience is required.


Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business is preferred.

SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:

Experience with Excel or other analytical tools is required.


Knowledge of Epic is preferred.

Current knowledge of revenue cycle processes and hospital/ medical billing preferred.


Current knowledge of code data sets to include CPT, HCPCS, and ICD 10 preferred.

Pay is expected to be between: (expressed as hourly) $26.56 - $45.44. Final compensation is based on experience and will be discussed with you by the recruiter during the interview process.
