We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Part-Time Retail Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our retail environment, encompassing order fulfillment, vendor management, and inventory management among other responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent organizational skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Fulfillment:
    • Oversee and manage the entire order fulfillment process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
    • Ensure a seamless customer experience from order placement to delivery.
  • Vendor Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality product sourcing.
    • Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to secure favorable terms and ensure a consistent supply of products.
    • Regularly evaluate vendor performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Implement effective inventory management systems and processes to optimize inventory levels and reduce excess stock.
    • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
    • Analyze sales data and inventory levels to forecast needs and inform purchasing decisions.
  • Retail Operations:
    • Ensure the retail space is well-organized, clean, and presents the brand effectively.
    • Implement and oversee adherence to retail policies and procedures.
    • Assist with the planning and execution of in-store promotions, events, or displays to enhance customer engagement and sales.
  • Customer Service:
    • Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times.
    • Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of building productive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and systems.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Proven experience in retail management, specifically in order fulfillment, vendor management, and inventory control is prefered
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
