Job Description

We are hiring Business Analysts for our US-based clients. Selected candidates will undergo FREE Business Analyst training followed by job placement with one of our implementation partners or end clients.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to start or restart their career in Business Analysis, IT Consulting, or Functional Analyst roles .

Job Responsibilities (Post-Training)

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders

• Prepare BRD, FRD, Use Cases, and user stories

• Work with technical teams to ensure requirements clarity

• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, UAT)

• Support system testing, UAT, and implementation

• Communicate project updates and business insights effectively

• Ensure solutions meet business needs and compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic understanding of business processes or IT concepts is a plus (not mandatory)
