Kalahari Resorts and Conventions delivers a beyond-expectations waterpark resort and conference experience all under one roof. The authentically African-themed resort is home to America’s largest indoor waterpark s and features well-appointed guest rooms, full-service Spa Kalahari, a fun-filled family entertainment center, on-site signature restaurants, unique retail shops and a state-of-the-art convention center.

We are inviting you to apply for our Resort General Manager position. This role holds the ultimate responsibility for oversight of the property, including guest service, financial performance, operations (rooms, food & beverage, maintenance), sales, and events. With this position, we require a background of at least four years’ experience as a general manager, featuring at least one property of over 500 rooms. An in-depth food and beverage background will be critical for the success of this person. You’ll need to be an expert communicator who has worked in a privately-owned environment. A background that includes adherence to corporate standards and frequent on-site corporate support is preferred.
