**Responsibilities:**
1. Maintain professional communication with clients and team members.
2. Understand clients preferences, needs, desires, and budget constraints.
3. Conduct comprehensive research and effectively organize travel arrangements, encompassing hotel stays, resorts, car rentals, airport transfers, airfare, cruises, tours, activities, event tickets, and more.
4. Generate client quotes, craft itineraries, and prepare invoices.
5. Stay abreast of changes in the travel industry and comply with travel restrictions.

**Requirements:**
1. Minimum age requirement of 18.
2. Citizenship in the United States, Mexico, or Australia.
3. Reliable internet connection, computer, and/or smartphone.
4. Availability for both live and recorded webinars and meetings.
5. Self-motivated with a positive attitude, open to learning and adaptable.
6. Ability to work independently while remaining open to seeking guidance when needed.
