We work with Companies that require our services for planning, scheduling, organizing and coordinating company events, seminars, team building events or gatherings and other company related requirements. Full training and ongoing support are provided

Key Responsibilities:

Develop strong connections with clients to understand their preferences, dreams, and desires for their honeymoon experience. 

Craft personalized and romantic honeymoon recommendations that align with clients' vision and expectations. 

Maintain excellent communication and promptly respond to client inquiries and requests.

Honeymoon Planning: 

Collaborate with an array of vendors, including hotels, cruise lines, transportation providers, and activity organizers, to create seamless and unforgettable honeymoon experiences. Design detailed itineraries that encompass romantic activities, dining options, accommodations, and any additional special touches requested by clients. 

Coordinate complex logistics for destination weddings, ensuring a flawless celebration. 

Destination Expertise:

Stay updated on honeymoon trends, romantic destinations, and unique experiences to provide clients with up-to-date and enchanting recommendations. 

Continuously expand your knowledge of travel trends to offer insightful and tailored suggestions. 

Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

Passion for creating romantic and memorable experiences, with a deep understanding of romantic travel destinations, luxury accommodations, and special amenities. 

Exceptional communication skills to connect with clients, vendors, and team members remotely. 

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple client requests and intricate honeymoon details. 

Problem-solving skills to tackle unforeseen challenges and devise innovative solutions. Prior experience in honeymoon planning, wedding coordination, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory. 

Proficiency in using computers, smartphones, and online communication tools. 

Reliable WiFi connection to support remote work and virtual interactions.
