Home Hospice RN Continuous Home Care (private duty) Per Diem (as needed) This position works in collaboration with the team providing nursing care on a private duty basis for patients and caregivers, supporting and enhancing the organization's mission and philosophy and promoting excellence in end of life care. This position covers Lancaster, York and surrounding counties. Orientation: 2 weeks full time, 8am - 5pm + additional orientation over the next 16 weeks that can more flexible.
