Compensation:

$50,000 - $160,000+

Responsibilities:

Begin your real estate journey by developing a solid foundation in client outreach, appointment setting, and preparing for contract negotiations. Build the skills needed to connect confidently with potential clients and position yourself for long-term success

  • As you work toward earning your South Carolina real estate license, your primary responsibility will be lead generation and engaging with prospective clients. You’ll utilize our real estate CRM to organize client data, monitor interactions, and maintain consistent follow-up.
  • We provide fully sponsored enrollment in real estate school to support you throughout the licensing process. As you progress, you’ll have the opportunity to move into a performance-driven sales position.
  • Once you pass the licensing exam, you’ll join our accelerated training program—designed to launch your career as a top-producing agent with six-figure earning potential.
  • Flexibility is key, as you’ll be expected to respond to inbound leads and meet clients on both weekdays and weekends as needed.
  • You’ll collaborate closely with Inside Sales Agents, Transaction Coordinators, and Sales Leaders in a dynamic, supportive environment that encourages continuous learning, professional development, and long-term career advancement.

  • Highly proficient with technology, including computers and CRM systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a natural talent for building trust and rapport with clients.
  • Detail-oriented and attentive, demonstrating excellent active listening and accuracy in every task.
  • Maintains a professional, polished phone presence and consistently delivers a client-centered experience.
