Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of solar/BESS projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, renewable energy, and stakeholder coordination, with the ability to drive projects from development through commissioning on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of Renewable Energy projects (1-10 MW) from pre-construction through final handover.
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and safety.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, utilities, and permitting authorities.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Ensure all projects comply with environmental, permitting, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports, forecasts, and financial updates to senior leadership.
• Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability across all project teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in renewable energy, with at least 3 years focused on commercial/ small utility-scale solar.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, cost control, and construction best practices.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar).
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
