Blair Image Elements, a leader in supplying signage and related branding elements to regional, national and international clients, is growing and currently seeking entry level candidates for our Project Management team. As part of this team, you will be supporting our Project Managers through data entry, and verbal and written follow up to our suppliers.

What you'll be doing:

• Entering critical data into our system
• Issuing Purchase Orders to our subcontractors
• Routine communication with permit offices and property owners
• Processing subcontractor invoices

What we're looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional education a plus)
• Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced, dynamic business environment
• Detail oriented
• Effective oral and written communication skills
