Key Responsibilities:

- Book flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities for clients
- Negotiate with vendors to secure the best rates and deals for clients
- Provide clients with detailed trip itineraries and all necessary travel documents
- Coordinate with clients and vendors to make any necessary changes or adjustments to travel plans
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and travel regulations to ensure compliance
- Maintain accurate records of all travel arrangements and expenses
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the travel process
