Location: Jackson, MO

Job Title: Production Associates 
$15.25 - $15.75 per hr 
7am - 7:30 pm or 7pm - 7:30am 
2-2-3 Rotation 
3 day weekend every other week 

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking dedicated General Labor Associates to join their team. As a General Labor Associate, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting various operational activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a proactive attitude, and strong teamwork skills, which will help you succeed and grow within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Perform order picking, packing, and stocking to ensure smooth production flow
• Assist with lifting and moving materials safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Support team members in daily production tasks
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards at all times

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
• Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment is a plus
