Marathon Staffing is seeking aProduction Associatefor our Client in West Sacramento, CA. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in food production and packaging is highly preferred. Schedule:Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PMOvertime & Weekends:Overtime and occasional weekends may be required. Early start times based on client needs. Key Responsibilities: Measuring Team: Accurately measure raw ingredients and follow standard procedures to ensure consistency and precision. Kettle Team: Feed measured ingredients into machinery, ensuring all mixing processes meet production standards. Filling Team: Operate and monitor machinery output to maintain the quality of liquid and powder products. Packaging Team: Ensure correct products are packed into boxes efficiently and prepare for palletization and shipment. Additional Duties: Monitor inventory, tools, and machinery. Follow and comply with company safety policies and procedures. Requirements: High attention to detail and ability to multitask. Previous food production experience preferred. Packaging and production experience (assembling boxes, labeling, palletizing) is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Dress Code: No nail polish, gel nails, acrylic nails, false lashes, or jewelry for safety.
