Job Title: Product Manager II

Compensation Range: $55-63/hr

Job Description:

Lead product strategy and execution focused on user identity and access features, including efforts to monetize account sharing for a major streaming platform.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product strategy for user authentication and access.
• Lead cross-functional discovery and product development.
• Design and manage A/B tests for optimization.
• Collaborate with design, research, and data science teams.
• Develop detailed product documentation and track performance metrics.
• Report product impact and continuous improvement plans.

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

• 2+ years in product roles for subscription-based products.
• 4+ years in full-cycle product development.
• 1+ year experience with experimentation or A/B testing.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Familiarity with streaming media industry.
• Strong understanding of competitive streaming platforms.
• Experience launching apps on partner platforms.
• Strategic roadmap planning and analytics proficiency.
• Strong soft skills including emotional intelligence and cross-functional leadership.
