About the Role:

The President/General Manager (GM) of the Arizona facility will be responsible for the full P&L ownership, operational leadership, and strategic growth of the site. This individual will drive performance across production, quality, sales, and customer service while ensuring the facility aligns with the overall ATC Group vision of becoming the premier aerospace MRO provider in North America. The President/GM will report directly to the CEO of ATC Group and work closely with executive leadership, customers, and employees to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable operations. While some travel may be required (less than 20%), this is an on-site position located at our Gilbert, Arizona facility Monday through Friday during the normal operating hours of 6:00am to 4:30pm.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in aerospace MRO, manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of P&L ownership and delivering EBITDA growth.
  • Demonstrated success in building teams, developing leaders, and driving change.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams and driving organizational change.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in engineering, business administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced degree.
  • Experience in executive coaching or leadership development programs.
  • Background in start-up environments with a history of scaling businesses effectively.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships at a senior level.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies that promote growth, profitability, and market expansion.
  • Lead and inspire senior management and cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
  • Identify and pursue new business development opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and market entry strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, vendors, and partners to secure favorable terms and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with the board of directors to establish strategic plans, set performance targets, and report on progress.
  • Provide executive coaching and mentorship to develop leadership capabilities within the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards across all business activities.
