Job Description

Essential Functions: (Note: The responsibilities listed are not all-inclusive, and are subject to change at any time.)

• Responsible for building exterior forecourt cleanliness by properly using power washing/scrubbing equipment to remove gum, dirt, and oil stains on all exterior concrete surfaces...catwalk, parking apron, and fuel aprons.
• Responsible for proper use of Kaivac restroom cleaning unit to perform a general cleaning of all full tile restrooms.
• Must have experience towing a trailer and be able to works nights only, Monday through Friday 7p.m. to 3a.m. No overtime or on call shifts required. Some out of town travel is required for our out-of-town sites.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by complying with Circle K and OSHA procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Work with Circle K Supervisors to facilitaterepairs without-sourced vendors.
• Maintains continuity among teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs.
• Required to participate in training for existing and new equipment.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
• Ensure a safe working environment exists for employees and customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3-5 years experience in maintenancefield preferred
• Must possess basic computer skills
• Requires manual dexterity to operate equipment
• Requires ability to use power and hand tools
• Must possess necessary basic hand tools
• Possess valid AZ driver's license and be insurable as a driver
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently in high priority, confidential and demanding business environment
