Position Overview:
Essel is seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team in Santa Rosa, CA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both residential and commercial plumbing, with a strong emphasis on installation, maintenance, and repair. Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and determine effective solutions.
• Participate in new construction projects as well as plumbing renovations and upgrades.
• Work with various plumbing materials including PVC, copper, and stainless steel.
• Ensure all plumbing work is performed in accordance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain plumbing problems and solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited plumbing apprenticeship program or equivalent work experience.
• Valid plumber's license in California.
• Proven experience as a plumber, with a thorough understanding of plumbing systems and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of safety practices and regulations in the plumbing field.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
