• Join a premier hospitalist organization running program in a community south of Boston
• Swing shift 7-on, 7-off block schedule from 9 am to 9 pm
• Hospitalist and nocturnist also covering shifts along with APP support
• Responsible for admissions only that average 8 - 9 per shift
• No ICU and no procedures required, they have intensivists covering 24/7
• Open to IM and FM physicians available to start in 2025
• Excellent salary $340k plus bonus incentives to make $350k and full benefits package
