We are seeking a full-time Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician to join our Acute Rehabilitation Unit in Easton, Maryland.

Job Description

  • Full-time role: Monday–Friday coverage, with occasional weekends (negotiable)
  • Provide inpatient rehabilitation care with an average length of stay of 7–10 days in or 10 bed unit.
  • Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team including physicians, speech therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and nursing staff
  • Responsibilities include rounding, patient evaluations, consults, and order management
  • Patients receive a minimum of 3 hours of therapy per day, emphasizing functional recovery and quality outcomes

Qualifications

  • Possesses and maintains current license to practice medicine in the State of Maryland required. 
  • Possesses and maintains current Board Certification or Board eligible within Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation required.
  • Possesses and maintains current DEA or similar Narcotics and Controlled Substances Certification required.
  • Possesses and maintains, if applicable, appropriate clinical privileges at a minimum of one UMMS-affiliated acute care facility.
  • Demonstrates meeting minimum CME requirements for licensure and board certification.
  • Demonstrates appropriate

    qualifications

    and experience to perform the duties required of this position.

  • Annual salary: $323,318.00 . “The posted compensation reflects the range based on current median MGMA and SullivanCotter benchmarks. Actual compensation will be commensurate with the physician’s experience, training, and

  • Other Compensation :  generous sign-on package, including your choice of a $20,000–$25,000 sign-on bonus  or a $50,000 housing allowance toward the purchase of a home in your first year. We also offer relocation assistance up to $10,000 and a competitive production bonus—all designed to support your transition and long-term success.
