Location: REMOTE
Salary: $20.00 USD Hourly - $24.00 USD Hourly
Description: FULLY REMOTE – HCC Coder Opportunity Desired start: 11/27/2023, 12/04/2023 or 12/11/2023Flexible schedule – Full time & part time positions (You set your own hours)Compensation: $22-$26 per hourResponsibilities:
- Performs medical record diagnosis code abstraction based upon clinical documentation
- Consistently maintain a minimum 95% accuracy on coding quality audits
Requirements:
- 1 year of professional HCC coding experience preferred (6 months required)
- Familiar with HCC Risk Adjustment coding
- AAPC certified credentials (CPC, COC, CIC or CRC) or AHIMA certified credentials (RHIT, CCS)
- Extensive knowledge of ICD-10
