Title: Part Time Credentialing Specialist

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

• Work with individual providers to ensure each provider's CAQH, PECOS, NPPES database files are updated timely according to the schedule published by CMS Medicare/ Medicaid and Managed Care Organizations regulations.
• Ensure contracted Managed Care Organization's portals are up to date including facilities and individual providers' profiles.
• Provide updated list of credentialed individual providers and facilities
• Complete primary source verification and prepare files for committee review
• Ensure all credentialing and recredentialing reports are completed timely for review and submission

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience with credentialing within a sector of healthcare
