Part Time Bartender/mixologist
$18-$22 per hour (based on experience)
The Park Club is a private, members only hospitality destination known for exceptional service, curated dining experiences, and an innovative beverage program. We are looking for a talented, hospitality-driven bartender/mixologist with a passion for craft cocktails and outstanding guest experiences to join our team.
The Bartender/Mixologist will be responsible for creating, preparing, and serving high-quality beverages to our guests, while maintaining an inviting and energetic bar atmosphere. This role demands a blend of technical skill, creativity, and polished guest service.
Create and serve classic cocktails, signature drinks, and seasonal specialties.
Recommend and pair beverages with menu offerings.
Maintain detailed knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail trends.
Ensure bar area cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage inventory, monitor par levels, and assist with ordering.
Train or mentor junior bar staff as needed.
Provide an exceptional guest experience through friendly, professional, and efficient service.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years bartending/mixology experience in high-end restaurants, hotels, or private clubs.
Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and current cocktail trends.
Skills: Exceptional mixology and drink presentation skills, with an eye for detail.
Certifications: Valid food handler's card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS/ServSafe Alcohol) certification (or ability to obtain prior to start).
Service Excellence: Strong communication, multitasking, and guest-service abilities.
Professionalism: Dependable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Creativity: Demonstrated ability to design cocktail menus and develop seasonal or event-specific drinks.
