Weekend shift

Saturday & Sunday 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: $30/hr

As a Parking Attendant you will patrol parking garages and ensure that all vehicles have appropriately paid for parking.

Responsibilities

• Regularly walk through assigned parking garages to ensure payment compliance.
• Using your smartphone, you will 'scan' the license plate of every vehicle in each facility to confirm proper payment has been made. Then, you will issue notices for unpaid parking or work with local tow companies to remove repeat violators.
• Provide a friendly, professional presence on-site by directing any driver questions to the support team (no direct issue resolution required)
• Inspect and report any malfunctioning parking equipment (e.g., license plate recognition cameras, gate machines, etc.) to management and help troubleshoot fundamental issues on site.
• Work closely with the Operations management team to maintain high-quality operations, promptly address concerns, and test new features on-site.

Skills

• High Scholl Diploma
• Must be able to pass drug testing and Background Checking
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable using smartphones, handheld devices, and basic computer programs to manage tickets and payments.
• Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods while patrolling garages
