Responsibilities Earn $19–$22/HR Earn $47,645–$63,260/year with OT and bonuses Weekends Off Work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM 2 short Saturdays/MO (9 AM–1 PM) – Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate Operate an Overhead Crane to move slabs of hardwood flooring, countertops, and tile Touch Freight – lift, pull, and move up to 70 lbs Forklift use to unload containers and arrange slabs Maintain a clean and safe warehouse for staff and customers Role involves frequent walking, standing, and lifting Safety-sensitive position with PPE provided Requirements Overhead Crane Operator certification or related experience required 24 months of warehouse/crane experience Must be 21 years or older Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally No DUIs/DWIs in the last 5 years No more than 3 moving violations in the past 48 months Must pass a Drug Screen, Physical, and Background Check This is a safety-sensitive role Bonus Points Weekly Pay We offer Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, HSA program, & a Prescription Card. 401K Match 6 Paid Holidays Every Year Accrued PTO & Vacation Time Referral Bonus of $1000 ($500 on day 31; $250 on day 181 to both referrer and referee.)
