Eastern Staffing & Recruiting is currently recruiting for an Office Manager to join our client's team in Binghamton, NY. Our client is a locally owned rigging company that has been in business for over 25 years! The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, managing up-to-date records.
• Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as necessary.
• Retrieving and distributing mail.
• Assist with clerical duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
• Manage front desk operations and greet visitors.
• Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Support the team with personal assistant tasks as needed, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in using phone systems and clerical procedures.
• Knowledge of front desk operations and customer service best practices.
• Ability to switch between tasks and prioritize daily workload.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Discretion and confidentiality with all customer information.

The estimated hourly salary range for this position is $18.00/hr., though a candidate's salary will be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience.
