We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily Administrative and Bookkeeping tasks
  • Research, vet and implement new programs, applications and technologies to help streamline existing processes.
  • Scheduling
  • Assist in development and organization of office procedures
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Accounts Payable
  • Account Receivable
  • Collections
  • Perform all other office tasks
  • Implementing new software

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Policy and procedures accountability
