Job Description
Responsibilities of Security Personnel:

• Secure and protect the property and the customers in order to provide a comfortable experience.
• Proactively engage customers, and provide services to them as needed.
• Monitor the facilities in order to report any changes or problems observed.
• Create reports concerning activities and incidents occurring on property through a company mobile device.
• Tend to minor facilities maintenance issues.
• Become familiar with and patrol (Foot and Vehicle) a large commercial property.

Experience and Skills
Driver License is required.

• Must be 21 or older
• Must have a clean MRV
• Must be able to pass a background check at both state and federal levels.
• Must pass a drug screen
• Must possess good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must possess the ability to proactively engage customers, and provide services to them as needed.
• Must possess the ability to walk for long periods of time.
• Must possess the ability to lift and move moderately heavy objects
• Must be able to commit to a minimum of 2 shifts per week
• Must be dependable and reliable
• Previous experience in security and/or the military is preferred but not required
