The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Meta Media Buyer to join our growing team. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on campaign management, encompassing both paid social media advertising and marketing automation strategy. You'll work closely with our creative team to ensure compelling ad content and optimal performance across all marketing channels. Salary: The salary for this role will depend on your experience. We'll discuss pay rates with candidates during interviews. Mission To drive and optimise digital marketing campaigns with Meta Ads platform for our clients, focusing on increasing conversion rates and managing social media presence to achieve client goals and ensure their satisfaction. This person will work closely with the Account Project Manager and the Graphic Designer/Funnel Implementor. This person will also improve landing pages, create email automation, and keep the project management system up to date. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimise Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns across our client portfolio. Collaborate in CRM and funnel strategy development, with focus on messaging and user journey optimisation. Quality control automated email sequences and marketing funnels. Work with copywriters and designers in daily meetings to develop new creative angles and campaign strategies. Participate in client strategy sessions alongside account managers. Quality control all ad creative and copy before client approval. Monitor and improve cost per lead metrics across different campaign types. Rapidly implement and launch campaigns for new clients to ensure quick market presence. Guide and brief the creative team on campaign requirements and performance optimisation. Analyse campaign performance and make data-driven optimisation decisions. Required Skills & Experience Proven track record in Facebook/Instagram ads management with demonstrable results. Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation. Strong understanding of funnel optimisation and offer creation. Excellence in campaign strategy development and implementation. Ability to analyse data and make strategic optimisation decisions. Strong collaborative skills and experience in guiding creative teams. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
