About the Role:

The Mascot/Flyer role is a dynamic position focused on enhancing brand visibility and engaging the community through direct interaction and promotional activities. The primary goal is to represent the company or event in a positive and energetic manner, attracting attention and encouraging participation. This role involves wearing mascot costumes or distributing flyers to effectively communicate marketing messages to diverse audiences. Success in this position contributes significantly to increasing foot traffic, event attendance, or product awareness. The individual will work closely with marketing and event teams to ensure alignment with overall promotional strategies and brand guidelines. Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate clearly and interact positively with diverse groups of people.
• Physical stamina to wear mascot costumes and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Basic understanding of promotional activities and customer engagement.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Comfortable performing in front of crowds and using expressive body language.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic first aid knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Wear mascot costumes or branded attire to represent the company or event at various locations and events.
• Distribute flyers, brochures, or promotional materials to passersby in high-traffic areas to raise awareness.
• Engage with the public in a friendly and approachable manner to create a positive impression and encourage participation.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down promotional displays or event materials as needed.
• Collaborate with marketing and event staff to understand campaign goals and provide feedback on public response.

Effective communication skills are essential for engaging with the public and conveying promotional messages clearly. Physical endurance and coordination are necessary to perform in mascot costumes and manage flyer distribution efficiently throughout the day.
