To make Krispy Kreme’s in-shop experience even sweeter, many shops across the globe feature the brands one-of-a-kind doughnut theater, an immersive, interactive experience through which guests can see Krispy Kreme’s melt-in-your-mouth doughnuts being made right before their eyes.

It’s the sweetest time of year again here at Krispy Kreme! Our 10-week internship is designed for rising juniors, seniors, and grad students looking to make full use of their talents with a hands-on work experience. Throughout your time during our internship program, you will tackle meaningful projects that leave a lasting impact; you will receive support and guidance from your manager along with interaction with members of our Global Leadership Team. Your internship will continue to develop your business acumen and professional skills.

Krispy Kreme’s Marketing Intern- Digital Consumer Experience will be focused on improving the overall user experience across our digital channels. While this role will work directly with the Digital Consumer Experience team, they will have the opportunity to collaborate with leaders across the organization within our Global Product & Innovation Center.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Assist with enhancing the user experience across krispykreme.com.
  • Make strategic UX/UI recommendations related to core and new functions/features that enable a consumer-centric experience.
  • Assist with search engine optimization (SEO)to enhance Krispy Kreme’s online visibility.
  • Review web/app analytics to gain an understanding of the overall business and identify areas of opportunity.
  • Develop internship update presentations to present during monthly team meetings.
  • Support Digital Consumer Experience team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Perform various ad hoc duties as assigned.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS:

  • Must be currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited university; desired majors include Marketing, UX Design, Product Management.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 (or as required by school internship program).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft365, specifically MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to efficiently work in a hybrid (remote and in-office) environment.
  • And of course… LOVE DOUGHNUTS!
