Job Title: Marketing Advertising Executive
Job Location: San Deigo
Job Type: Full-Time Employment
Pay Range: $60K-$90K – annually + Commission

Key Responsibilities:
- User Acquisition Campaigns:
- Develop comprehensive marketing campaigns aimed at attracting new users.
- Execute targeted advertising strategies across multiple channels (social media, email marketing, online forums, paid advertising, etc.).
- Content Creation:
- Write blog posts, social media updates, infographics, videos, and other materials designed to educate potential users about the unique features of our service.
- Influencer Partnerships:
- Identify key influencers within tech, crypto and other communities who can help promote our platform with authentic content that resonates with their audience to drive traffic back to our site
- Search Activity Promotion:
- Develop strategies to increase search volume, including optimizing user experience, improving search results relevance, forming partnerships and promoting features like PRE token rewards.
- Collaborate with relevant partners to expand our reach and offer exclusive benefits to their audiences.
- Implement referral programs or loyalty schemes that incentivize current users to invite friends or engage more frequently in searching activities without compromising user data integrity.
- Brand Building
- Establish the brand as a leader in the privacy-first, decentralized search engine space.
- Privacy-Focused Analytics:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user acquisition efforts including sign-ups, active searches per day and website traffic as well as user engagement metrics through non-invasive methods.
- Collaboration Across Teams:
- Work closely with product development teams to coordinate rolling out new features which could influence marketing strategy/activities, significantly affecting end-user experience positively/negatively alike during beta testing/full launch.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing specifically focused on lead generation/user acquisition campaigns within SaaS companies.
- Experience with privacy-focused services is highly desirable.
- Experience with search engines, specifically, is highly desirable.
- Proven track record driving successful growth campaigns, ideally involving alternative ad platforms outside of the Google ecosystem.
- Outstanding execution skills, including reliability, responsibility, problem solving, personal organization, creativity and flexibility.
- Self-Motivation: A self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and delivering results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex ideas into compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences alike.
- Superb organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of digital assets and blockchain technology a plus.
Pay Range: $60k-$90K- PA
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
