Job Description – Low Voltage Technician
Location: 221 Church Rd, York, PA 17406
Start Date: Tuesday, November 18, 2025
Start Time: 7:30 AM
Duration: 1 Week
Scope of Work
Technicians will assist with low voltage installation and network setup.
Responsibilities include:
Unboxing and mounting wireless access points
Installing and pulling CAT6 cabling
Terminating and labeling CAT6 jacks
Running and assisting with fiber optic cabling
Ensuring all work meets industry and site safety standards
Tools & PPE
Technicians must arrive with all necessary tools and PPE, including:
Full hand tools and low-voltage tools
Hard hat
Safety goggles
Steel-toe boots
High-visibility vest
Licenses / Certifications
Must pass a background check prior to site access
Interview Process

Summary
This is a short-term assignment for experienced Low Voltage Technicians with strong CAT6 and fiber installation skills. Candidates must be dependable, safety-conscious, and capable of working under the direction of the on-site lead to complete all network and cabling tasks efficiently and professionally.
