HighStart USA Corporation, a subsidiary of AlphaX RE Capital, is looking for a detail-oriented Loan Processor to join our mortgage operations team.
Responsibilities:
• Review loan applications and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
• Collaborate with Loan Officers, underwriters, and title companies to gather required documentation
• Submit complete loan files to underwriting
• Clear conditions and manage the loan file through closing
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience in mortgage loan processing
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written skills.
• Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English
