The Role

We’re seeking a Lead Video Editor & Creative Collaborator ready to bring our stories to life. You’ll work directly with Brooke and Marco Hall to shape the pacing, tone, and emotion of each episode.

This role isn’t just about cutting footage, it’s about crafting stories that keep viewers on the edge of their seats.

What You’ll Do

• Edit high-volume, story-driven family content (15–30 minute YouTube videos + short-form reels).
• Collaborate with Brooke on creative direction, pacing, and emotional storytelling.
• Manage and mentor additional editors as the team grows.
• Create editing templates, LUTs, and organizational systems to streamline workflow.
• Oversee sound design, color correction, and visual continuity across episodes.
• Contribute creative ideas for titles, thumbnails, retention hooks, and Shorts.
• Occasionally assist with brainstorming and storyline development for future videos.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience editing YouTube or cinematic social content (5 + years preferred).
• Expertise in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• A strong sense of timing, pacing, and emotional tone.
• Ability to blend suspense, humor, and heart seamlessly in one story.
• Bonus: After Effects or motion-graphics experience.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Las Vegas/Henderson area.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment.

Compensation & Structure

• Full-time, 1099 contract role based in-house at our Henderson studio.
• Monthly retainer or hourly pay: $30–$40/hr (≈ $5,000–$6,500/month DOE).
• Performance incentives: bonuses for viral or high-retention content.
• Expectation: 4–5 long-form YouTube videos per week + collaboration on Shorts.
• Flexible hours and creative freedom.

Trial Period:
