Description We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee and enhance our organization's technology infrastructure in Saint Louis, Missouri. This role involves managing systems, applications, and networks to ensure optimal performance, security, and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, collaborative, and skilled in a range of IT platforms and tools. Responsibilities: Oversee the security, performance, and efficiency of the organization's IT infrastructure, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Provide maintenance, support, and troubleshooting for business applications and the BlueCherry ERP system. Function as the system administrator for key platforms, including setup and management of trading partners within the ERP system. Plan, test, and implement upgrades or new system integrations to enhance operational capabilities. Generate ad hoc reports and statistical data to inform decision-making processes for the management team. Manage user accounts, access permissions, and provide training and support for end-users across various platforms. Establish and enforce cybersecurity policies to protect against unauthorized access, data loss, and other IT risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, Customer Service, and Logistics, to recommend and deliver IT solutions aligned with business needs. Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in workflows and processes. Build and maintain relationships with external vendors to improve application performance and service delivery. Requirements Proficiency in Cisco, Dell, and cloud technologies. Strong knowledge of ERP systems, specifically BlueCherry ERP, and EDI solutions. Experience with CRM tools and configuration management. Familiarity with auditing processes and backup technologies. Expertise in computer hardware, networking equipment, and overall IT infrastructure management. Advanced skills in Office 365 and Active Directory. Ability to work with the ServiceNow platform and other IT service management tools. Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and strategies for safeguarding organizational data.
