Job Description
- Act as a strategic liaison between the business, IT teams and the Project Management Office, ensuring alignment of IT services and infrastructure with business goals and objectives.
- Through close collaboration with the business, define opportunities and support prioritization based on predefined scorecard criteria (e.g., return on investment, productivity, compliance).
- Develop strategic IT solution roadmaps that ensure proper sequencing of projects and resource utilization
- Facilitate the investment intake process and the high-level planning and execution of business initiatives through technology
- Create and foster shared accountability for the success of IT projects by setting joint success criteria and performance metrics with the business
- Partner with IT Centers of Expertise (PMO, Development Operations, Networking, Vendor Management) to align their work with the business and deliver seamless services that meet regional and global standards.
- Continuously seek feedback and enhance IT solutions to better meet business needs by using an iterative approach to refine strategies and improve outcomes over time
YOUR TALENT
- 5+ years of IT Business/Industry work experience
- Bachelor's degree required (Computer Science, Administration or other related field or work experience)
- Ability to actively engage with stakeholders to align business processes, technology, and data analysis with organizational objectives
- Define the capabilities required to provide products and services to stakeholders which provide value to the organization
- Ability to translate business needs into high level IT requirements and solutions
- Broad range of exposure to various technical and business segments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence
- Azure DevOps knowledge preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio
