Our New York office is looking for talented Investment Banking Associates to join Morgan Stanley. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work with regional and international clients, across various industry sectors, on a wide range of complex transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, shareholder relations, recapitalizations, demergers, leveraged buyouts and defenses against unsolicited takeover attempts, strategic advisory assignments and executions of public and private capital markets transactions. You will play an important role on a team that delivers high quality advice to our clients, encouraging you to go beyond the numbers and think creatively.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $150,000 and $225,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
