What You Will Bring

  • Content Strategy and Creation: Develop and create valuable, relevant content (social posts, blogs, videos, infographics) that engages our target audience with the aim of educating them, solving problems, and providing insights to potential customers.
  • Social Media Engagement: Manage our social media presence by creating engaging posts, participating in conversations, running campaigns, and promoting content to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Paid Advertising: Create and manage paid advertising campaigns, such as social media ads, to reach a larger audience and drive targeted traffic to lead-capture pages.
  • Lead Generation: By carefully crafting and testing magnetic calls-to-action (CTAs), mesmerizing landing pages, and dynamic lead capture forms, you will attract and captivate potential clients and create leads for the sales team.
  • Marketing Automation: Utilize marketing automation tools to create personalized workflows and lead nurturing sequences that engage potential customers based on their behaviors and interactions.
  • CRM Integration: Fuel dynamic collaboration with the CRM team to adeptly manage leads and customer data by utilizing our CRM system for tracking interactions, lead segmentation, and personalized communication.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Efficiently monitor inbound marketing campaign performance and strategy effectiveness through diverse analytics tools. Keep a close eye on crucial KPIs like website traffic, conversion rates, and engagement metrics to drive strategy enhancement.
  • Event Marketing: Drive Trade Show success through comprehensive promotion before, during, and after the event using a range of channels like social media, email marketing, and content creation. Generate anticipation, boost attendance, and foster engagement at every stage.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in inbound marketing, content creation, and lead generation
  • Strong understanding of content marketing strategies and the buyer's journey
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights
  • Experience with email marketing and CRM systems
  • Graphic design skills (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) are a plus
