Duration: June- August 2024

POSITION SUMMARY: Perform a variety of Human Resources duties associated with HR administration, onboarding, new hire orientation, employee files, maintaining confidential records, I-9 verification, recruitment and customer service.

Human Resources Operations:

• Maintain standard operating procedures for the Human Resources department.
• Complete on-going and annual reporting requirements for the department as assigned.
• Participate in department surveys, audits, and all other hands-on deck activities.
• Recommend improvements to remain in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards.
• PAF Processing and filing revision and corrections.
• Assist with new employee orientation.
• Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma and currently enrolled in a college or university.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software
• Ability to maintain a high level of security and confidentiality of information.
• Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to respond and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Ability to promote and adhere to company values.
• A commitment to a diverse, inclusive, and equitable work environment.
