Come join Dexterity and help make intelligent robots a reality!About the Role: The HR Operations & Recruiting Specialist at Dexterity plays a central role in shaping our employee experience and building a strong talent pipeline. This position is heavily focused on recruiting coordination and support, while also providing general HR support to employees and managers onsite. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly.Key Responsibilities:Recruiting* Partner with hiring managers to coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and facilitate candidate communication.* Prepare and issue offer letters, ensuring a smooth transition from recruiting to onboarding.* Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and HRIS.* Streamline and improve the recruiting workflow by identifying gaps, suggesting process changes, and helping hiring managers/interviewers stay aligned.* Drive improvements in candidate experience by ensuring timely communication, accurate scheduling, and consistent follow-through.* Support recruiting metrics and reporting to track pipeline health and time-to-fill.HR Operations & Day-to-Day Support (includes Immigration):* Serve as a first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related inquiries.* Support onboarding and offboarding to ensure a seamless employee experience.* Maintain accurate HRIS records (UKG) and assist with audits, reporting, and compliance.* Provide guidance on HR policies, performance management processes, and employee relations as needed.* Assist with payroll troubleshooting and basic benefits questions.Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.* 5+ years of experience in HR or recruiting operations, with strong coordination and communication skills.* Experience with HRIS systems (UKG, ADP, or similar) and applicant tracking systems (Lever, Ashby, etc.).* Familiarity with U.S. immigration processes preferred.* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism.* Excellent interpersonal skills; able to partner effectively across HR, hiring managers, and employees.$100,000 - $130,000 a year$100,000 - $130,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.Equal Opportunity Employer:Dexterity Inc. is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer and value diversity at our company.
