This position is heavily focused on recruiting coordination and support, while also providing general HR support to employees and managers onsite. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly.Key Responsibilities:Recruiting* Partner with hiring managers to coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and facilitate candidate communication.* Prepare and issue offer letters, ensuring a smooth transition from recruiting to onboarding.* Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and HRIS.* Streamline and improve the recruiting workflow by identifying gaps, suggesting process changes, and helping hiring managers/interviewers stay aligned.* Drive improvements in candidate experience by ensuring timely communication, accurate scheduling, and consistent follow-through.* Support recruiting metrics and reporting to track pipeline health and time-to-fill.HR Operations & Day-to-Day Support (includes Immigration):* Serve as a first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related inquiries.* Support onboarding and offboarding to ensure a seamless employee experience.* Maintain accurate HRIS records (UKG) and assist with audits, reporting, and compliance.* Provide guidance on HR policies, performance management processes, and employee relations as needed.* Assist with payroll troubleshooting and basic benefits questions.Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.* 5+ years of experience in HR or recruiting operations, with strong coordination and communication skills.* Experience with HRIS systems (UKG, ADP, or similar) and applicant tracking systems (Lever, Ashby, etc.).* Familiarity with U.S. immigration processes preferred.* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism.* Excellent interpersonal skills; able to partner effectively across HR, hiring managers, and employees.$100,000 - $130,000 a year$100,000 - $130,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.Equal Opportunity Employer:Dexterity Inc. is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer and value diversity at our company.
