We are currently seeking a dedicated Housekeeping/Laundry Aide who will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, comfortable environment by ensuring resident rooms are spotless and linens are hygienically clean and visually appealing.

Full-Time. Day Shift. 

Starting Wage: $13/hr.

Essential Job Specific Duties/Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates proficiency in proper mopping techniques.
• Shows expertise in dust mopping procedures.
• Effectively cleans both horizontal and vertical surfaces to high standards.
• Safely and properly handles the removal of general and biohazard waste.
• Cleans both occupied and vacant resident rooms with attention to detail.
• Operates washers, dryers, and extractors efficiently.
• Sorts soiled linens, and accurately folds and dries clean linens.
• Utilizes appropriate chemicals for washing, rinsing, and bleaching.
• Follows strict infection control protocols for separating clean and soiled linens.

Job Requirements:

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience:

Laundry, housekeeping, or Health Care experience.
