**Key Responsibilities:**

- Change bed linens and towels, and ensure all guest rooms are well-stocked with supplies.
- Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, especially regarding health and safety.
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to promote a positive working environment.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and chemicals, and ability to use them safely.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
