Job Title: Entry Level 1 Help Desk Support
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team as an Entry Level 1 Help Desk Support. Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and resolve Level 1 support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide technical assistance and support for Microsoft O365 applications.
  • Assist with password resets and account management tasks.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Provide remote support to users in a hybrid Mac/Windows environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and resolutions.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus.
  • Prior experience in Level 1 support or a related field preferred.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft O365 applications.
  • Familiarity with password reset procedures and account management.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Punctuality and professional appearance are essential.
