The Clinical Recruiter is responsible for execution of recruiting strategies for clinical recruiting requirements across Solis’ centers. The Clinical Recruiter will ensure adequate activities are executed to source, screen, schedule and on-board candidates for recruiting needs as assigned by the Director of Talent Acquisition.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years experience in a full-cycle recruiting role isrequired.
• At least 1 year of healthcare recruiting experience ishighly preferred.
• Proven clinical recruiting experience and/or experience recruiting radiology/imaging isa plus.
• Proven experience using sourcing tools and techniques to fill positions (e.g. social networks, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) is required.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases isrequired.
• BSin Human Resources Management, Business, or similar field is preferred (Experience equivalency will be considered).
• Agency recruiting experience is a plus.

• Perform Job Scopes to ensure sourcing efforts are aligned to Hiring Leader job requirements for all clinical opportunities, and some non-clinical as necessary.
• Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans and future needs based on attrition models.
• Establish, track and communicate meaningful recruiting metrics that pinpoint successes and areas of opportunity. These metrics will include sourcing and process (funnel) related KPI’s.
• Fully utilize all Solis Recruiting tools and technology to include; ATS, Talent Community, job board access and social networks to ensure adequate amounts of candidates are available to meet requisition needs.
• Recruit for various positions to include clinical techs, administrative, and others to support new development activities.
