Healthcare Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of our primary care clinic. As a key leader, you'll drive operational excellence, support staff development, and ensure an outstanding patient experience. What You'll Be Doing Team Leadership & Development - Recruit, train, and retain top clinical and administrative staff.
- Conduct performance reviews and implement development plans.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellence.
Operational Excellence - Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient workflows and timely patient care.
- Manage staff schedules and attendance to maintain optimal coverage.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and policies.
Patient Experience - Address patient concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
- Advocate for patients to ensure their journey reflects the highest quality of care.
Facility & Resource Management - Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper functioning of medical equipment.
- Oversee clinic environment, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and readiness.
Financial Oversight - Manage clinic financial operations including intake, banking, and cost control.
- Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Drive accountability for achieving financial and operational goals.
Growth & Business Development - Support clinic growth through capacity planning and schedule optimization.
- Build and maintain vendor and partner relationships to strengthen operations.
Compliance & Safety - Ensure adherence to all healthcare laws, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Promote a safe environment for patients and staff.
Requirements Qualifications Education & Credentials - Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and safety protocols.
Experience - 3-5+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, clinical operations, or medical practice management.
- Proven success in staff recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and retention.
- Experience overseeing daily operations, patient flow, and scheduling.
- Strong financial management background (budgeting, cost control, revenue oversight).
- Demonstrated track record in driving operational improvements and supporting growth initiatives.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with staff, patients, and partners.
- Proficiency in healthcare software systems (Athena preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
