At Lyft, our purpose is to serve and connect. To do this, we start with our own community by creating an open, inclusive, and diverse organization.
We believe that our data is one of our greatest assets, and the insights we derive from it are crucial to our success. As the Head of Corporate Data and Analytics, you will share in our vision that data is a catalyst for business transformation. In this role, you'll shape the future of our organization's corporate data foundation, ensuring that our Bi and analytics platforms, and data infrastructure services not only meet today's needs but anticipate and address tomorrow's challenges. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, you will lead a team that oversees critical data and analytic services that touch every aspect of our business and inform strategic decisions at Lyft. From ensuring robust data governance and quality through our analytics ecosystem to maintaining the integrity and accessibility of our data infrastructure to finding new and innovative ways to derive actionable insights from our vast repositories, your leadership will be crucial in creating an environment where data and its insights enables innovation.
If you are a leader who can see beyond the traditional boundaries of data management, has the vision of what could be, who has the ability to cultivate relationships, and a belief in developing the skills and talents of others, then you may be the ideal person for this position.
