The Guitar Repair Technician at Guitar Center performs maintenance and repair on customer-owned guitars and store inventory, ensuring high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. This role requires technical skill in guitar repair, customer focus, and the ability to handle warranty repairs while contributing to a positive shopping experience. The technician also supports sales through product knowledge and may assist in training and store operations.
